sales person who took care of me he was very nice. But store manager? older gentleman with white hair. he need to learn customer service from other sales persons. No customer service minded.
Called in to see if they carried a specific guitar, Mitch was able to find it and immediately told me he would put it aside for when I came in. Mitch was busy when I came in so his manager stepped up to help me with the checkout to ensure I didn't wait long, even though waiting at a guitar store is no punishment for me, everything went quickly and easily I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

They have much more of a variety of instruments than Guitar Center. We were able to find what we were looking for here. Their prices were average, but they also had some nice sales going. The staff was helpful and friendly.
